1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • During peak seasons or sales periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Timeframes

Estimated delivery times:

  • New Zealand: 3–7 business days

  • Australia: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–15 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

  • We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.

5. Customs & Duties (International Orders)

International customers may be responsible for customs fees, import taxes, or duties imposed by their country. These charges are not controlled by Kinderly.

6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. Kinderly is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
